I work with individuals and couples who are struggling with difficult issues such as depression, infidelity, divorce and mental illness. I specialize in helping individuals and couples get out of compromised relationships be it with their children, parents, spouses or work relationships. My therapy style has evolved from the works of John Gottman, Terrence Real, Susan Heitler and other metal health professionals who have done extensive work on marital communication patterns. I help people deepen intimacy, resolve conflicts and create reciprocity in their relationships. I strive for understanding underlying issues as opposed to being judgmental.
