Pat has over 25 years of experience working with adults, both individually and in groups. After working for many years at both the Phobia and Anxiety Disorders Center in North Dallas and the Community Psychotherapy Center in Oak Lawn, she is now in private practice in the Uptown area of Dallas.
Primarily employing a cognitive-behavioral treatment approach, she helps clients to identify and challenge those distortions in their thinking that interfere with achieving a sense of well-being in their lives.

Pat offers an income-based sliding-scale fee structure.
